I singing up for a remote support evaluation account. I've tried other products for remote support but they have been way expensive. This one is priced pretty good and it's just not an executable compiled with a static address. It's a hosted solution but with an program avaialble that I could put on my own web-site too. For online remote support to assist users remotely over the internet, it seems to be a good option. I'll post back in the future to tell you all how it worked out - but it looks promising.
